Brockton Interfaith Community (BIC) and Ministers of Color Urban Alliance (MOCUA)
will join forces to host a joint public action meeting.

Proposals to make our city safer and give young adults and youth more opportunity to succeed will be made to various public/private officials including Mayor James Harrington and Police Chief William Conlon.
